Great app for the neurologist!

Im a board certified neurologist, and I use this app daily in my clinical practice. I downloaded it primarily for the NIH stroke scale, it has come in handy in multiple other occasions. The NIH Stroke Scale is well done and has the instructions for each item available without losing your place. Cant remember if the patient with flaccid hemiplegia gets ataxia points? Its right there. When you finish, the score can be emailed to you, so I never actually write it down. Works perfectly. It includes the aphasia cards as well (cookie jar and glove/hammock)
The app has steadily improved and they continue to add new formulas and outcome scores.
I would like a phenytoin correction for ARF and low serum albumin in the future.
This is the best neurology app available!
